Our Policies

• As a courtesy to all guests, we are a non-smoking establishment.

• We accept MasterCard and Visa and personal checks.

• To avoid a disappointment when you arrive in Chelan,
  it is recommended that advance reservations be made.

• We will do our utmost to fulfill your requests on a first-serve basis.

• Close contact is maintained with other available accommodations
  if we are unable to serve your needs.

• Two night minimum stay on holiday or weekends during the peak season.

• Special arrangements may be made for children.

• We are sorry but we are unable to accommodate pets.

• Check-in time is between 3:00 pm and 5:00 pm.
  Other times may be arranged with advanced notice.

• Check-out time is 11:00 am.

• Special rates are available during off-season and for extended stay.

• A 72 hour notice is required for cancellation requests.
